Connecting Your Google Calendar
Link your Google Calendar so punctual.AI can read your availability and write confirmed bookings.
Calendar connection
punctual.AI needs read and write access to your Google Calendar to read free/busy status and write confirmed booking events.
How to connect
- Log in to your Clients.ai dashboard
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Google Calendar
- Sign in with your Google account and grant the requested permissions
- Select which calendar to use for availability and bookings
Permissions required
- Read access — to check free/busy status for slot availability
- Write access — to create, update, and cancel booking events
We do not read the content of your existing events — only free/busy status.
Troubleshooting
If your calendar shows as disconnected, try disconnecting and reconnecting from Settings → Integrations. Contact care@clients.ai if the issue persists.
