Setting Your Availability Windows

Configure when you're available for calls so punctual.AI only books within those windows.

Setting your availability

  1. Go to Settings → Booking → Availability in your Clients.ai dashboard
  2. Set your default working hours (e.g., Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
  3. Choose your timezone
  4. Set minimum advance notice (e.g., 24 hours)
  5. Set a buffer between calls (e.g., 15 minutes)

How availability combines with your calendar

punctual.AI intersects your configured availability windows with your real calendar free/busy status. A slot is offered only if it falls within your availability window AND shows as free on your calendar.

Blocking off time

Add a busy event to your Google Calendar. punctual.AI will see it as unavailable and won't offer those slots.
