How the Booking Flow Works End-to-End
Trace a booking from agent conversation to confirmed call on your calendar.
From conversation to confirmed call
Step 1 — Agent qualifies the prospect
Your Clients.ai agent is running your conversation flow — reaching out, warming up prospects, reading signals. It decides autonomously when someone is qualified and ready to book. No human reads the conversation.
Step 2 — Agent calls the punctual.AI API
When the agent decides to book, it calls the punctual.AI booking API with context: who the prospect is, what was discussed, what offer they're being invited to.
Step 3 — punctual.AI generates the booking page
punctual.AI reads your connected Google Calendar, finds available slots, and generates a personalized booking page timed to the prospect's intent. The agent delivers the link.
Step 4 — Prospect picks a slot
The prospect selects a time. punctual.AI confirms the booking, writes the event to your calendar, and sends a context-aware confirmation to both parties.
Step 5 — Reminders fire automatically
Timed reminders send before the call. No manual follow-up needed.
Step 6 — No-show recovery (if needed)
If the prospect doesn't show, punctual.AI detects it and signals your Clients.ai agent to re-engage in context — not with a generic template.
What you do in all of this: Show up to the call. You never touched a scheduling interface.
