How no-show detection works
punctual.AI monitors your calendar events. After a booking's scheduled end time passes without a confirmed completion signal, it flags the booking as a no-show — within minutes of the missed appointment time.
What happens next
- punctual.AI signals your Clients.ai agent
- The agent re-engages the prospect in context — referencing what was discussed, not a generic template
- The agent attempts to re-book a new slot
- If the prospect agrees, a new booking is created through punctual.AI
Configuration
Configure recovery behavior in Settings → Booking → No-Show Recovery: recovery timing, maximum re-booking attempts, and whether to offer the same slot type or a shorter call.
